All orders are processed and shipped from South Korea.

Our primary markets are the United States and Canada.

However, as an online store, we accept orders from customers worldwide.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days for the United States and Canada.

For other international destinations, delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local courier services.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in the product price.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout.

However, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and may be charged separately by the destination country.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or return of the shipment, and all associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and provide a resolution in accordance with our policies.
