MALHCHA products are crafted using natural ingredients and handcrafted materials. Due to the nature of agricultural products and handmade ceramics, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, dimensions, and weight may occur. These variations are natural and do not constitute defects.
Handmade Onggi Disclaimer
Each Onggi is handcrafted in Korea using natural clay and glaze.
Minor surface variations, glaze marks, color differences, and subtle imperfections are a natural result of the handmade process and contribute to the unique character of each piece.
A small amount of natural clay dust may be present upon arrival due to the nature of the material and the shipping process. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Product Safety
Please inspect your Onggi before use.
If the product becomes chipped, cracked, or broken, discontinue use immediately.
Broken ceramic pieces may have sharp edges and should be handled with care. Protective gloves are recommended when handling damaged ceramic pieces.
Keep products out of reach of children.

MALHCHA shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from:
• Improper use or handling of products
• Continued use of damaged or broken products
• Failure to follow provided care instructions
• Improper disposal of ceramic materials
